Signed evidence packs for every change
Download a signed JSON record of how a change was made: task, models, approvals, findings, tests and delivery. Anyone can verify it without an account.
Every change now has an evidence pack. Open Changes, pick a change, and select Download evidence pack.
The pack is a JSON file that records how the change was made: the task given to the AI, the models, providers and tier, each agent step, every approval request and vote, the policy decisions, review findings, test results, the pull request, the deployment and any linked incident. It also carries the matching audit log entries and the email address behind each account ID. The code itself is not included; a SHA-256 hash of the diff lets you match the pack to the pull request.
Each pack is signed with the platform's Ed25519 key. Anyone can check one at /evidence/verify without an account, or offline with a short Node.js script from the evidence packs guide. Downloading needs audit access (owners, admins and security admins), and each download is recorded in the audit log.
